PS.ai does not produce, host, distribute, or otherwise make available any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct on pornstar.ai. The Site is a pre-launch marketing and informational presence for a consent-verification infrastructure product. Accordingly, no records are required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 in connection with the Site.
Scope
To the extent PS.ai launches services in the future that interact with content subject to § 2257 record-keeping requirements, those services will operate under separately published policies and procedures, including a dedicated § 2257 records custodian designation, recordkeeping practices, and inspection procedures consistent with the statute and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
