This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct that is and is not permitted on pornstar.ai and across any PS.ai service. It applies to all visitors, waitlist applicants, and (in due course) sandbox and production users.
1. Lawful use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and only in jurisdictions where access to adult-industry-adjacent content and infrastructure is permitted.
2. Strictly prohibited
- Submissions or content involving any individual under 18 years of age.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or impersonation of any kind.
- Submissions purporting to represent a performer or rights holder without authorization.
- Solicitation of services involving trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or other criminal conduct.
- Misuse of the namespace reservation flow to squat names of identifiable third parties.
- Automated or scripted abuse of the waitlist forms.
- Attempts to defeat security, rate limits, or access controls.
3. Consent integrity
PS.ai's purpose is to make consent machine-readable. Misrepresenting consent — directly through false submissions, or indirectly by impersonating a performer or rights holder — undermines the integrity of the entire layer and is grounds for immediate exclusion from all PS.ai services.
4. Reporting
If you believe a submission, namespace claim, or use of PS.ai violates this policy, contact abuse@pornstar.ai. We act on credible reports within 72 hours.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in removal of submissions, exclusion from the waitlist, denial of future service, suspension of namespace reservations, takedown referral to platforms, and — where appropriate — referral to law enforcement.
6. Changes
This policy will evolve as PS.ai's production services come online. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
