1. Who we are
PS.ai (“PS.ai,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at pornstar.ai. PS.ai is a pre-launch consent-verification infrastructure product. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through the website and the pre-launch waitlist.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a waitlist form, we collect the data you provide — typically name, email, company or stage name, role, jurisdiction, intended use, and similar context fields. We also collect technical metadata about the request: referer URL, UTM parameters, and the country code your request originates from. We do not collect or retain your IP address beyond what is required to deliver the request.
We do not collect personal data via tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels. The site uses privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) which does not set cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
3. How we use it
We use the data you submit to evaluate your inquiry, respond to it, and qualify the appropriate next step (sandbox onboarding, namespace reservation, or investor materials). We do not use waitlist data for advertising. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
4. Where it is stored
Waitlist submissions are stored in our customer-records system (Airtable) and may be replicated to operational tools (e.g., Slack notifications, email systems) used internally for routing inquiries to the correct owner. Storage is access-controlled.
5. Retention
We retain waitlist submissions for the duration of the relationship and up to seven years thereafter, or as required by applicable law, whichever is shorter. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 8).
6. Sharing
We share personal data with service providers strictly for the purposes described above (form intake, customer records, communications). We may disclose data when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect against fraud or abuse.
7. International transfers
Service providers we use may process data in jurisdictions outside your country. Where applicable, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@pornstar.ai. We respond to verifiable requests within thirty days.
If you are in California, you have specific rights under the CCPA. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have specific rights under GDPR/UK-GDPR. Both regimes are honored.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact privacy@pornstar.ai and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We will revise this policy as PS.ai launches its production product. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to people on the waitlist.
