By accessing pornstar.ai (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Pre-launch status
The Site is operated by PS.ai in a pre-launch state. No live API, sandbox, dashboard, or other production service is currently offered through the Site. References to “endpoint.api,” “the consent layer,” “sandbox access,” “namespace reservations,” and similar descriptions reflect planned functionality, not currently available services. Forward-looking statements are subject to change.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that your access to adult-industry-adjacent content is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Waitlist submissions
Information submitted through the waitlist forms is provided voluntarily. By submitting, you consent to PS.ai contacting you regarding the inquiry. Submission does not create a contract, partnership, or commitment by PS.ai to offer any service.
5. Permitted use
You may browse the Site, read the materials, and submit waitlist forms in good faith. You may not: scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content; submit false, misleading, or impersonating information; interfere with operation; attempt to access non-public areas; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, code, marks, and the “PS.ai” brand — is owned by PS.ai or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may share excerpts with attribution; you may not reproduce the Site in whole or in substantial part.
7. Third-party links and namespaces
References to the .pornstar and .pornserver Handshake top-level domains, the id.pornstar identity subdomain, and the pornstar.token settlement instrument describe namespace and token assets operated, controlled, or designated for use by PS.ai. References to third-party platforms, blockchains, stablecoins, or regulatory frameworks are for context and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PS.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or compliance advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PS.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. PS.ai's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
